Steve Slayo is an Australian technologist and founder of HODL Labs, a venture studio focused on building software and internet businesses.
After beginning his career in pharmacy, he left the industry in 2017 to work in software full-time. Since then, he has worked across cybersecurity, infrastructure, financial systems, blockchain networks, creator marketplaces, and real-time communications. His work has ranged from early-stage ventures to large-scale systems, with a focus on practical products that solve real problems.
In 2024, he founded HODL Labs as a home for the companies, products, and projects he continues to build today.
