These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the corporate website of HODL LABS - FZCO at hodllabs.org (the "Site"). Each product we operate (such as Privage) has its own separate terms that govern use of that product.

1. About HODL LABS

HODL LABS - FZCO is a freezone company registered in the United Arab Emirates under IFZA (Dubai Silicon Oasis), trade licence number 45659, with a registered address in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Informational purpose only

The Site is provided solely for general information about HODL LABS and the products we operate. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security, token, or financial instrument.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by HODL LABS - FZCO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Trademarks

"HODL LABS", "Privage", "ReachMe", and our product logos are trademarks of HODL LABS - FZCO or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., to our products or to external social media profiles). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

6. Products

Our products, including Privage, are provided under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Nothing on this Site creates any right to use our products except as granted by the terms that apply to each product.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODL LABS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODL LABS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its supporting infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, or the dispute resolution mechanisms of the relevant freezone, as applicable.
